Most Young Athletes Train Hard…

But Never Actually Develop

The GOAT Lab Youth Development System builds speed, coordination, and strength the right way — based on your athlete’s exact stage of development.

You see it every week.

Your athlete shows up to practice.

Works hard.

Listens.

Competes.

But come game day?

They’re still a step behind.

Still trying to keep up physically.

Still lacking confidence in key moments.

And the Coach's advice?

“Just keep working. It’ll click eventually.”

Truth is...

It won’t.

Because the problem isn’t effort.

The problem is development.

Most athletes train for their sport.

Very few develop the physical tools that actually impact performance:

Speed

Coordination

Strength

Movement efficiency

That’s why many athletes:

❌ Plateau early

Fall behind physically

Struggle to keep up as the game gets faster

INTRODUCING THE GOAT LAB YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM

This is not a camp.

This is not random training.

This is a structured development system built around how athletes actually grow.

At The GOAT Lab:

We don’t chase fatigue.

We don’t run random workouts.

WE BUILD ATHLETES.

THE 3 DEVELOPMENT TIERS

FOUNDATION LAB

(AGES 6–8)

This is where athletic development begins.

At this stage, your athlete’s body is learning:

coordination

balance

movement patterns

Training focuses on:

✅ movement quality

✅ body control

✅ basic speed mechanics

YOUTH LAB

(AGES 9–12)

This is the most important window.

Your athlete is now ready to:

develop real speed

build strength foundations

improve movement efficiency

Training includes:

✅ acceleration development

✅ agility and change of direction

✅ strength for speed

PERFORMANCE LAB

(AGES 13+)

This is where performance takes off.

Athletes develop:

explosive speed

strength and power

advanced movement control

Training becomes:

✅ more structured

✅ more intense

✅ more performance-driven

WHICH PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR YOUR ATHLETE?

Athletes Ages 6-12

Start with the Youth Athlete Development System (Foundation or Youth Lab)

These programs follow a structured 2x/week training model designed to build real athletic development over time.

Foundations Lab (Ages 6-8)

Youth Lab (Ages 9-12)

Athletes Ages 13+

Begin with a professional Athlete Analysis

This allows us to:

✅ evaluate your athlete’s current level

✅ identify performance gaps

✅ build a clear development plan

INVESTMENT

Structured Monthly Training

Most athletes train 2x per week to see consistent improvement.

This allows us to:

reinforce movement patterns

develop speed progressively

build strength the right way

create long-term athletic development

Youth Athlete Development

(Ages 6–12)

Foundation Lab (Ages 6–8): 2x/week — from $219/month

Youth Lab (Ages 9–12): 2x/week — from $249/month

Performance Training

(Ages 13+)

Begins with Athlete Analysis

Ongoing training plans based on evaluation

Programs are structured for consistent development, not drop-in sessions.

WHY 2X/WEEK MATTERS

At this stage, development is not about doing more.

It’s about doing the right work consistently.

Training 2x/week allows athletes to:

Learn and reinforce movement patterns

Build coordination and control

Develop strength safely and progressively

Improve speed in a measurable way

Training less frequently often leads to:

❌ slower progress

❌ inconsistent development

❌ missed opportunities during key growth years

HOW ATHLETES ARE PLACED

Athletes are placed into the appropriate training group based on:

• age

movement quality

training experience

This ensures every athlete is:

challenged appropriately

progressing safely

developing at the right pace

WHAT PARENTS NOTICE

Within the first few weeks, parents begin to see:

quicker first step

better coordination and balance

increased confidence

improved overall movement

Over time, this leads to:

stronger performance in games

greater physical presence

long-term athletic development

Your athlete doesn’t need more practice.

They need the right development.

The difference between athletes who:

struggle to keep up

stay average

or stand out

Is not effort.

It’s DEVELOPMENT.
